Neoterran Capitaline Army has two of them (+ 1 in TAGline), both pretty expensive, but wildly different in playstyle. Both are meant for active turn plays primarily.

HMG for general purpose fighting, Feurerbach for that delicious AP + DA or EXP shot. With Surprise shot and long range, Uhlan’s job is to take out enemy HI or TAG and then kill everything else with the HMG.
