Byren Blackthorn - 65 years

The family Blackthorn have been historic supporters of the Blackfires, but since the death of their lineage, they have been fighting side by side with the rest of the major Houses of the Reach.

It was during Robert´s Rebellion that he meet and befriended Martyn Stonewell - a savage, but charismatic leader of a minor house in Dorne. Their sons quickly became drinking buddies. He also lost a son in the battle of the Trident.

After learning about the destruction of the Slaver´s Bay, he sent a small comitive there, looking for the possible Heir of the Bloodstone - The Bastard of the Bloodstone. Aparently he has shady motives in mind, and he might need a group of loyal, but disposable warriors....Lord Byren considers supporting Aegon, believing that he might secretly be a Blackfire.

Guye is a strong remarkable fighter, but short tempered and impatient. Currently he has been leading the "Thorn Knights" - famous for the preference for Maces in the battlefield.

Only daughter of the family, overly ambitious, she has secret conversations about the future of their House with her father, Lord Byren - which pisses of Guye. Rumors say that she has been courting some rich lord of a Westerland House (the Seaburry heir) - and thanks to their influence, managed to sneak up Regar Sand and his gladiators back to Dorne in a Merchant Galley.
