Grease [https://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Grease also did work in 3.5E]; [[Tarrasque#(5E)_How_to_troll_the_Tarrasque.|same general idea]], except it's arguably even stronger, for there's 2-3 checks to made instead of 1. It covers 10*10 feet square area with grease. If someone stands on ''even one'' greased Square, he needs to make Reflex save or fall prone; and that repeats every time creature stands on greased squares. Even if creature succeeds on that save, movement is impeded: if someone moves within or though greased spot, he must make DC10 Balance Check - if he fails, he don't move and must make ''another'' Reflex save or fall prone - and if Balance Check is failed by 5 or more, he falls immediately.

There are lots of big, clumsy creatures. [[Dragons]] (if landed; but they'll try to take off whenever possible), [[Giant]]s, big [[Construct]]s (e.g. Colossus), massive Monstrosities (e.g. Tarrasque, Kraken, Purple Worm), certain [[Gods of Dungeons & Dragons|Gods]] and other divine entities (e.g. [https://image.lundo.com/rpg/dnd/Books/Deities%20and%20Demigods.pdf Bahamut, Tiamat, their Avatars]; if landed, and only if ''Grease'' is sufficiently upcasted), various [[Epic Levels]] monsters, etc. Due to their small dexterity, they are very likely to fail Reflex saves and Balance Checks; and because they're big, it's hard for them to both maneuver around greased spot ''and'' completely walk out of it.
