Grey Knights sent to defend a Fortress of Humanity versus waves of Daemons, etc. Unfortunately considering that most of the weaponry is short ranged you'd have to find someway to force them to come to you. Perhaps allied Deathstrike Missiles behind the fortress etc. (really dick move btw).
