===(Universal?) How to telefrag the Tarrasque=== Also known as "Heart Attack Spell". Essentially, if creature is big enough - especially if it's capable of [[Swallow Whole|swallowing whole]] - then, player character and human-sized doors/portals could fit inside many organs and body parts (as they do have parts filled with non-solid matter like gases and liquids). Therefore, if you teleport or open portals in parts ''other than'' digestive system, you're safe while gaining rather large advantage. Good choices would be Lungs or Inter-Organ Space - but the bigger the monster is, the more options there are (heart, major blood vessels, various bladders, skull, spine, kidneys, liver, etc - wherever you need). Logically, in this case, character has Total Cover against everything from outside. But, he isn't Restrained, isn't Blinded and doesn't take acid damage. In lungs, being coughed out or hit with breath attack is consideration; most other body parts are more manageable, as you need to think about breathing while surrounded by liquid (bodily fluids) or solid matter (innards), and there's spells for these situations. Then, character is extremely hard to remove, as he's inside organ/body part where he's "not supposed to be" - so he may be removed if he cuts his way out, or maybe if someone cuts into monster's body (monster would, most likely, accidentally kill himself if he tried to "gut himself and remove the PC through the hole"). Since character is literally sitting inside vital organs, he's likely to do more damage and ignore armor; in fact, so much as PC being there may deal harm, due to him clogging space and being non-sterile/dirty. [[TL;DR]]: PC teleports inside monster's innards, dealing more damage while being invulnerable to everything from the outside and practically impossible to forcibly remove - while both the monster and other enemies can't do anything about it. Then there's idea to make portal from creature's innards to some dangerous place, like lava lake or bottom of the sea. Cue being blown up by pressure, or something similar.
