It's not any cheaper, but the Ordo Hereticus doesn't have the sweet, sweet Daemon Hammer as an alternative. *'''Thunder Hammer:''' An interesting buy. For 5 points more than a Power Fist you get Concussive, which is a nice bonus. It's more likely to come into effect with your Inquisitor because his S6 blows will only insta-kill other mere humans. Malleus' Daemon Hammer is better and cheaper; feel free to rage.
