==Local Man Too Angry To Die== The maximum natural lifespan of an Elf in Warhammer is around about 1000 years, although this is ''Warhammer'' we are talking about here so few actually reach that age and are instead shanked/eaten/blown up/turned into a [[Chaos Spawn|you-know-what]]. The sundering happened approximately 4500-5000 years ago in the timeline. Alith was active and renowned enough during the sundering that his people swore fidelity to him without a lot of hassle or infighting, meaning we can put him conservatively at 100 when that shit went down, although he was probably a lot older. This means Alith is '''old''', far, far older then he has any right to be. Which raises some interesting questions about what he actually ''is''. Theory's abound ranging from Alith being the elven version of a dwarf ancestor spirit, to being blessed/cursed by a god to just being so absolutely consumed by rage that he keeps going long after his body should have realistically turned to dust.
