=Eberron Fluff= The Lizardfolk in Eberron are different in such [[awesome]] ways that they need their own piece of this page. As state previously there are 3 main types of Lizardfolk in Eberron: Cold Sun (your standard-issue Lizardfolk), Blackscale (Lizardfolk that claim to be chosen by a dark dragon god named Masvirik the Cold Sun) and Poisondusk (little dudes that follow the Blackscale). They are in other places, but the main lot is in Q'barra. *Cold Sun Federation: The Alliance of the Cold Sun. No they don't support the Cold Sun. Yes this name does make perfect sense to them that they are the Alliance ''against'' the cold sun. Yes it does cause confusion and conflict between them and the Q'barran colonists. Yes they do have issues communicating with each other. What of it? Of the 24 tribes that are part of the Cold Sun the colonists of Q'barra met just 7 with only 1 of them, the Twilight Walkers, becoming friendly and willing to help them communicate with the other tribes. The tribes are old as HELL. They are the oldest living government in Eberron. They created themselves after the Coatls did their whole heroic sacrifice thingy and the non-Masvirik touched Lizardfolk became touched by the Silver Flame and have shared dreams as a result. The shared dreams also result in their language being heavily shrouded by metaphor which causes the current communication issues. To understand the way we speak imagine that instead of actually saying "You are a phenomenal singer!" you instead said "You are a Freddie Mercury!" and an alien civilization came by. They could likely translate the literal definition but would have to do a crap ton of research to find the significance of every single figure humans are referencing when speaking.
