==History and Legends== The Founding Laster was a great boon for the Frowgmen tribes. One of the first topics brought to the new Council of elders is the Nad'lun. They are generally receptive of them, but in order to get around linguistic barriers they have elected that the Nad'lun be taught their written language, which would enable them to communicate not only with the Lastér but with the Ta'Mirel as well. They also send representatives to discover the secrets to farming if the Nad'lun are willing to share it. They successfully impart the knowledge on how to read and write to the Nad'Lun, but the Nad'Lun treat it more as a trade language than one to advance culture with. The Lastér spend great effort working on their roads, and use of the Ramel as livestock and beasts of burden to travel between the two locations. The Lastér begin to use the coin as a base for trade, integrating it into the current barter system to assist with the moving of goods. The Laster discovered Coinage! Skilled artisans now churn out stone and metal coins, on one side is the crude picture of the Great Hall, while on the other a slightly better Fwill's Axe. The council decide that a main city, a huge feat of architecture, would be a good step in unifying the tribes of the Enclave. This project became known as The First City, even if it wasn't the first city of the Continent. In any case, in an effort to find a way to apply their electric shocks at range, the elders order an order of researcher Frowgs formed to probe willing Lastér to discover exactly how their bioelectric ability works and how it can be replicated, or at the very least if the necessary components can be gathered from among the Lastér without causing permanent damage to the donor. During the The Vyrii Invasion the Laster maintained the infrastructure of the Enclave tribes.
