The average human is surprisingly angry and capable. Look at the sieges of most hives, humans will fight viciously to protect what is there’s. Angry Mobs are simply the hordes of such serfs, hangers on, homeless, workers and meanials which swarm around and in any imperial vessels or buildings. In other factions in the imperium their tactical worth would be close to zero, being nothing more than fodder to throw against the wall that is the enemy, and that is effectively how they work for the Officio Iratus, except that these cannon fodder are a bit angrier.</div>
