===Titan Legios (Loyalist) and Titan Legios (Traitoris)=== Mars's Monstrous Mechs. Hey, you there. Did you like Canis Vertex? Did you like the special event titan Warlords who were fun as a bit of a novelty but only because they weren't in the main meta? You did? HAVE WE GOT NEWS FOR YOU. Despite being separate, both Legio factions play very similarly; BIG and SlOW. You can choose from several types of Titan (uniquely, you can customize what weapons they have) each with a corresponding number of Weapons that each take up space on the board. The bigger warlords have up to 4 weapons, so you can only deploy a limited number of troops. Speaking of which, your troops (which are mostly vasal Knights and OTHER TITANS) are, like the Custodes and Ruinstorm, disproportionately powerful for their cost. Combined with the powerful effects of your weapons, you should be able to crush your opponents like ants, right? Wrong. You're saddled with a bunch of new mechanics that mostly act to keep your powers in check. Overload stuns your Weapon or troop after it attacks or uses it's ability. Your Weapons also have Shutdown, which stuns them if they are directly attacked. Still, you've lots of health right? Not that it will matter, because some cards from other factions now have Ordance, which means they deal extra damage to Titan Weapons (and Structures). If you're playing Traitor Legios, then you're also saddled with Awakened, which gives a 50/50 chance an afflicted weapon or troop will act on it's own. Your weapon's energy costs are also going to compete with your tactics and troops, so you have additional burdens to consider. So, if they have so many drawbacks, why bother playing as them? Because you are given a LOT of tools to manage all of the above and once you DO get going, you can be very difficult to stop. You have a large number of heals, boardwide shielding, and a lot of ways to hobble your opponent with stuns and other debuffs. Traitors also get means to manage around Awakened too. Your Troops are broadly incredibly strong for how much they cost, even if they have negative mechanics attached, and your opponents will want to deal with them quickly. You also get plenty of structures, which directly help buff and mitigate your drawbacks. And once your weapons get firing, you can generally deal with any situation going. Although it's not technically an advantage, your opponent is usually going to focus on killing off your weapons first, which usually drags games out but also frees up board space for your powerful units. The only major difference between the two is that Traitoris factions are generally more powerful than loyalist but have proportionately more drawback Mechanics (and Awakened) to compensate. It also bears mentioning that none of the Titan Warlord Weapons have the Meltdown mechanic that other Titan Warlords have previously had.
