====Glenn==== A brief presence worth mentioning, this gigantic mass of muscle and cybernetics was present as a lumbering menace for only an episode, but managed to win the hearts of many through its sheer manliness and all-around crystalline heart. "Son" of Lord David, a functionary in the King of Hokuto's Army, Glenn was augmented with extensive cybernetics and covers the role of executioner for those unlucky sods that try to leave the King's army. And that is an apt role to cover for a guy that can grab 3 adult males with one hand and crush them to death. Glenn's aspect is clearly derived from the visage of Arnold Schwartznegger's portrayal of the terminator- he seems to be wearing a biker vest at times, but he prefers to fight without it, covered only by leather trousers, boots, some strenght limitators applied to his chest- arms area, and the iconic T-800 glasses. Even with this menacing aspect, Glenn has been bred to fight and only to fight- while he is a lethal opponent, cannot be exploded via normal means due to his extensive cybernetic anatomy, and even manages to constrict Kenshiro himself in a deadly embrace that threatens to crush the titular hero, the tragedy of this particular character is his ignorance of the concept of good and evil. The first time Glenn shows actual emotion is when Kenshiro, ripping his shirt as always and blocking Glenn's superficial pressure point, deprives the cyborg of his strength- he knows very well that he's nothing without his muscles, feels heartbroken and cries because he wants to live and he knows about his machine is broken. Our shirtless hero is moved, and asks if Glenn is crying and feeling disappointed because he knows his machine is broken and wants to be spared or if there's something else, and Glenn laments that his violent ways were the direct result of the fact that he only knew violence in his life, and didn't want to leave this world without having known happiness or love. Kenshiro then says that he will give Glenn back his strength, if he promises to live as a defender of people and to protect the weak. Glenn accepts in tears, happy to start again as a new man. Sadly, [SPOILERS] Lord David offs Glenn with a volley of arrows from his other lackeys, which is not only a hint to Lord David's dickishness, but also at the paradox of killing an invincible cyborg that resists Hokuto Shinken techniques by means of arrows. After this, Kenshiro channels his inner Sanguinius and starts murdering everyone in a searing-hot RAGE. Lord David makes for an hasty escape, but gets sliced into bits by Rei immediately after. Fucking Lord David. Glenn was too pure for this world.
