Spelljammer [[Wildspace]] and 4's [[Astral Sea]] got rolled into Astral Plane alongside Wildspace; essentially Wildspace now functions as the "Border Astral", and the Astral Sea takes over the classic depiction of the plane and is essentially the "Deep Astral".
If you just keep flying up from your home planet (and you don't need to breathe) you enter the Astral Sea at about the location of where older editions had the walls of the crystal spheres. This is twice the distance as the furthest orbiting object in the solar system; whether this includes things like asteroids or the solar system's equivalent of trans-Neptunian objects and [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Centaur_(small_Solar_System_body) centaurs] is unknown to this author; for example, if it does include them, one would enter the Astral Sea from Sol by 270-ish Astronomical Units (AU). With them excluded (including by excluding Pluto), it would be at about 60 AU, twice the distance of Neptune's furthest orbit. Space is massive.
