Basically after the country fell apart, the government took a new name and a fancy new flag and nominated Ljubljana a free city. It's still the most populated place in Slovenia due to old pre-steam trade routes being restored (most of the buses/trains/cars were either [[Khorne|destroyed]], [[Nurgle|left in decay]], [[Tzeentch|lost]] or [[Slaanesh|used as "bars"]]). Ljubljanese people are generally very open minded and ready to help (if you have money of course). Situated on a cross of major trade routes they are always willing to trade (at unfair prices). Ljubljana's Army is composed of the Enote Teritorialne Obrambe (ETO Units of Territorial Defense) and the Ljubljanske Udarne Enote (LUE Ljubljanese Shock Units). the ETO troops are composed of drafted citizens and are the main defense of the city, while the LUE are the rest of the pre-war Slovenian Army that remained loyal to the government. Most of Ljubljana's arsenal comes from autonomous Austrian factories in the north. There are usually at least 100 guys to escort the weapons caravans.
