Before ''Ultimate Wilderness'', the third party ''[[Spheres of Power]]'' introduced a separate class by the same name. It's a mid-BAB, mid-caster, but counts as a full-caster for the purposes of using the Alteration sphere, which is where its entire focus is. It gains a bunch of class features that seamlessly merge into your transformations called Bestial Traits.

*'''Apex Shifter''' accelerates the Shifter's abilities with the Alteration sphere, extending the duration of it on themselves sooner. It also includes new Bestial Traits that add more utility to these transformations.
*'''Beastmind''' improves the Shifter's resistance to magical effects, including a built-in stat boost to the casting stat.
*'''Elemental Scion''' forces the Shifter to only transform into an elemental. This fortunately also gives the Shifter built-in access to the Destruction sphere based on what kind of elemental they become.
*'''Forceful Shifter''' improves the Shifter's BAB to max and improved HP but sacrifices its casting to being a low-caster. This comes with an additional perk to either the Transformation feat or Eternal Transformation.
