Each City Level has the following games occurring:
===Citadels===
Played as normal. When the Assassin kills the King (If played by another player), play a game of Clue after completing the remaining players turns for the round.

These games are occurring under special circumstances:

===Puerto Rico===
Played instead of Citadels when someone upgrades to a City in the region of Puerto Rico (Mexico on Risk map)

===7 Wonders===
Played instead of Agricola when a Settlement is built in the region of Mediterranean (Egypt, Southern Europe, or Middle East on Risk map)

===Clue===
Whichever player wins this game may decide to begin a game of Resistance if the Citadels game was played for a city not their own. The player who wanted to play Resistance cannot be a Spy, and the original owner of the city cannot play the game.

===Kill Dr Lucky===
(No idea on the rules)

===The Resistance===
If this game is won by the Resistance, the city that was being played in is immediately reduced to a Settlement instead (Do not play another game of Agricola for it)

===Android: Netrunner===
