==Daily Rituals==
06:00- Wake up Call: The Crimson Fists awaken from their beds made of Ork bone. Generally, a captured loudboy will be used as a substitute for an ancient Bird called a "Rooster". His usefulness spent, they proceed to beat the Ork to death with their bare fists.

06:05- morning revelry: the crimson fists begin the day with ancient terran classical music by the minstrels "metalica" they will play "all nightmare long" at 140 decibles in the entire chapter keep to rouse the chapter get them started for the day

07:00- Morning Prayer: The Crimson Fists will pray to the Emperor. They will also force Orks to pray, just so they can pray louder than the Orks. One of the most common prayers is a prayer for patience when dealing with the inevitable arguments over what a tortilla is.

07:06: psychological warfare morning manoeuvres: to begin the campaign of terror against the orks, they will begin playing what could be called "propaganda" against orks studying the orks letters, they recruit dyslexic citzens and 5 year olds to write crude letters, easily understood by the ork mind, these will be dropped by baloon servitor or by thunderhawk depending on the size of the ork settlement, typically scouts will be assigned to cut the head of a warbosses favourite squig and put it in his bed, which they will do gladly, when this is done, they will begin playing "all nightmare long" infuriating and terrorising orks

08:00- Morning Firing Rites: Targets are set up in a field to be shot. A large portion of them are either captured Orks or painted to look like Orks.

09:00- Morning Battle Practice: The Ork cage is opened, and the Crimson Fists fight against their angry pets. Beating an Ork to death with one's fists is encouraged.

10:00- Breakfast: The Crimson Fists gather to eat before their arduous afternoon. Sauce for their churros is provided by dead Orks.

10:30- enhanced interrogation tactics: just to mess with the orks, the crimson fists will very often capture orks and subject them to a plethora of ancient and in some cases terrible music, these include the ancient terran songs "why cant we be friends" by war, "im a little teapot, justin bieber, and anything else that is peaceful non violent, war what is it good for? they once subjected an ork weirdboy to this for 8 hours by the end of the session his head exploded!

11:00- Tactical indoctrination: The Crimson Fists gather to make fun of Orks. Making fun of Ghazkull Uruk'Thraka is encouraged. Whoever throws the best insult gets to hold the chapter standard.

12:00- midday psychological warfare: just to mess with the orks some more, scouts to contaminate and pour all manner of nasty chemicals from the chapters latrines into the orks grogg supply before dissapearing and laughing, orks when realising they've been chugging space marine wee wee are enraged but nobody around to hit with a choppa, makes them furious.

13:00- Afternoon Battle Practice: The Crimson Fists let the Orks out again so they can curbstomp them again. Typically, the afternoon battle practice takes longer due to the Orks being mad over the previous fight.

14:00- afternoon propaganda: around this time various misfortunes will occur, orknaughts will explode, wheels fall off wagons, squiggoth pens open and get loose, inextricably, the wings fall off fighta bombas, which, normally wouldn't be a problem but happening so frequently, piles of guns going up in flames and a strange rise in ork nobz challenging the warboss and other warbosses, why? "because you called him a git, the marine boys said you did, so it must be true" this usually results in higher level orks killing each other much to the chagrin of the warboss, he probobly did call him a git but he didn't expect an entire mob of rocket armed shoota boys and tankbusters to show up outside his house and look for a fight while he was hungover on fungus beer!, once more, hunt you down without mercy is played, enraging the boss

16:00- Evening Firing Rites: The Crimson Fists gather the most noteworthy Orks from the previous practice, and practice shooting them. Battle Brothers will be punished if they kill the Ork in the first shot.

18:00- Evening Meal: The Crimson Fists feast upon the Orks they killed. Their favorite dish is Ork paella.

19:00- night time maneovers: the chapters assault marines and rievers and scouts will dispense with the comedy and get serious, they will begin hunting down orks designated as "nobz" and "kommandos" to teach the orks, not even your elite boys are safe, they will make sure the orks know it was them. naturally infuriating the boss, and, once more, start playing metalica around them, again!

20:00- Evening Battle Practice: The chapter practices full scale war on the orks, going into every hive, shanty town or mek shop every battle brother is given a flamer, and told "the more they burn the more i like you" by the end of the hour, entire ork settlements will light up like christmas trees

21:00- Aerial and Mechanized maneuvers : the crimson fists will begin spreading Orkoid fungus, aerially, ensuring they have a plentiful supply of Orks for tomorrow. following this, typical mechanised manoeuvres involve, manoeuvring land raiders "over" orks like a slapstick tianimate square and laughing as they go squish or drawing lots on land speeders so they can run down orks at 200 miles an hour! hilarity ensues as it begins to resemble spongebob doing his driving test or the penguin when he takes over the batmobile, either way, a good time is had by all...except the orks who are now a green smear on the pavement.

21:30- snack break: following the act of comedy that was aerial manoeuvres the crimson fists, will break for a snack, still laughing about the look of terror on that one ork nobs face as he was launched 50 feet in the air, these include Empanadas, and  Buñuelos which are a type of ancient Terran fritter, battle brothers have a difficult time keeping their food down, as they often laugh about the time they got land speeder privileges and began ramming and crippling orks like Mr burns in his bumper car! this makes chewing a difficult process and often choking ensues, still worth it in the eyes of battle brothers. 

21:35- anger managment therapy: around this time, battle brothers will gather in what could be called the space marine equivalent of "a steel cage in my basement" and engage in what could be considered a cross between a scene from fight club, 300s early victory scenes in the rain, bare fisted murder, and bloodsport, astartes will arrive, unarmed, shirtless, no swords, no power fists, no bolters, and proceed to turn the orks in question into pulp with their bare fists, man to ork, pummeling and beating the ork in question until his face is mashed into the ring, much cheering will be heard until the next ork and battle brother are brought out. 

22:00- Free Time: The chapter takes recreational time. Activities include games like Pin the Tail on the Ork, Kick the Ork, and Ork wrangling. Any Orks that die are immediately sent to resupply the snack bar.

24:00- Bedtime: The chapter retires for the evening. Before they go to sleep, they choose a loud boy to be the alarm Ork for the next day.
