The gateways of Hivus are large, sports stadium sized disks embedded in the planets and moons of the realm, Each gateway consists of a large surface gate, 4 small underground gates, and a control station. The stations allow the gateways to be activated, deactivated, and reprogrammed at will. '''Portal Network''' The portals are controlled by a network facility on the Home World, and by small portal boxes. The portal boxes are about the size of a radio and can only be used by Changelings.
