You'll need to ideally use it when helping newcomer teammates and hope for the best; revive them both with your Res Orb twice and the achievement (and its delicious Monolith Diadem) is yours. You can farm it manually by getting two friends to help you and die on purpose in early waves, since you can all ragequit once the achievement's unlocked.
