Editing Eclipse Lords (section)

===The Unknown Shame/Rebirth of the Chapter===

During a routine Space Hulk expedition, Captain Promathas of the Eclipse Lords second company,  found a cargo hold that held the salvation of the chapter within. Hundreds of containers carrying Gene-seed from the Steel Marshals. The Containers were brought back to Orphion with all due haste. Rothangal and his most trusted aid, Father Untius, met with Captain Promathas and discussed the situation. They could either inform the Inquisition of their find and be creditted for the find... Or they could use it themselves, without the permission of the Imperium. The Steel Marshals Gene-Seed was far more stable than their own. Using it would allow them to boost their numbers dramatically... After much deliberation, it was decided that the Steel Marshals Gene-Seed would be disguised and placed in their own supply, only the bare minimum of people would be made aware of this fact. But, with  their brothers dying faster than they were training new ones, it was only a matter of time before the Eclipse Lords dissolution and the War Vultures victory in their war of attrition.

Over the next 30 years, their numbers almost tripled to over 600 brothers. The Chapter believed the stabilization of their Geneseed as a gift from The Emperor. Naturally, the Inquisition wanted to test the Geneseed. Their tests proved that a number of the Geneseed had improved. After much debate among the Inquisitors, and with no proof that the Geneseed was corrupted in any way. It was deemed a Miracle that had been sent by the Emperor, as a sign that he had forgiven them for their brothers treachery. More weapons were shipped to them along with vehicles. They joined up with several other chapters in order to try and repel the 12th Black Crusade.
