Judas Iscariot is best known for being a prick and setting up his teacher to get executed, but he's also known for committing suicide after being stricken with remorse, and that's the part of his story these vamps take their name from. Created by embracing dying suicides, the Suicide Kings are still haunted by the lingering echoes of the pain that drove them to embrace death, which compels them to explore and goad the emotional suffering of others. Combined with their Discipline of Despond, which can flood a mind with potentially lethal despair, and these are vampires that even other vampires consider to be creepy-ass fuckers. If too many gather in one place, they're generally run out of town before the increase in suicide levels gets the mortals suspicious.
