Editing D-Rok

Way back in the early 90's, [[Games Workshop]] had its own hard rock band, '''D-Rok''', published by their lesser-known publishing label Warhammer Records. D-Rok was a short lived band that released only one album, ''Oblivion'', in their three years of existance. They gained some minor publicity when people heard that Brian May (the lead guitarist of Queen) performed in two of the songs in their album, those songs being ''Red Planet Blues'' and ''Get Out Of My Way''. Apparently May came to a Games Workshop store with his son one day, the band was there as well, and he asked if he could work with them. The only member of note among them was the vocalist Sigh, which was a pseudonym for Simon Denbigh, the former vocalist of [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_March_Violets The March Violets].

They are not to be mistaken with [[Bolt Thrower]], another band who helped contribute music to the early 40K era (see the album ''Realm of Chaos'', whose original cover is the cover of  [[Rogue Trader (Sourcebook)|Rogue Trader]]), namely because while D-Rok seemingly dissolved just as quickly as it emerged, Bolt Thrower was a metal band that has remained in existence past the 90's due to not being tied to Warhammer Records.
