'''Eastern Lands''' is term used in [[Warhammer Fantasy Battle]] to describe any nation that lies to the East of the [[Worlds Edge Mountains|World's Edge Mountains]].

Here is the ''Warhammer'' Eastern Lands nations and their real world equivalents:

* [[Dark Lands]]: Unusually, not a real-world expy, but rather Warhammer's interperation of Mordor. This hellhole is mostly covered by an [[Chaos Dwarfs|Empire of slavers and great hat-owners]], but also has some wild [[Orcs & Goblins|Greenskins]], [[Hobgoblin|Hobgoblins]], Ogres, and even one Human settlement.
* [[Kingdoms of Ind]]: They have spices, they have many gods, they have tiger beastmen. India.
* [[Ogre Kingdoms]]: Despite geographically being some kind of Tibet or Nepal, it's exclusively populated by Bronze Age Mongolian vore fans, who also serve as mercenaries pretty much everywhere.
* [[Cathay]]: Ming Era China, and one of the oldest and strong human civilisations that haven't fallen apart yet. They have a Great Wall expy called the Great Bastion in the north and ruled over by the Dragon Emperor and his family. Barely given passing mention in-game, but eventually it got fully fleshed out thanks to [[Total War: WARHAMMER]], and will be backported with the eventual release of the Old World.
* [[Nippon]]: Shogunate-era Japan with an overpowered fleet that does nothing, jobbed to [[Clan Eshin]] sometime around the [[The End Times|closing of time]].
* [[Khuresh]]: Indochinese tropical hell with some snake people chilling there.
* [[Eastern Steppes]]: The lands beyond the Great Bastion, heavily inspired by Siberia and Mongolia, but [[Warrior of Chaos#Fantasy Overview|Chaos-flavored]]. Both Hobgoblins and Humans here larp as Genghis Khan.
