Editing Helstorm Rocket Battery

One day in [[Altdorf]], some [[Grand Cathay|Cathayan]] visitors decided to set up a big fireworks display at a festival. This inspired one Herman Faulkstein to try to weaponize this exotic eastern technology. After much setbacks and a lot of tinkering to improve areodynamics he eventually got something which was accurate-ish enough to use as a weapon to blow up formations of chaos worshipers and gobbos. Thus was born the ''Helstorm Rocket Battery'', except they only named it after firing the weapon with [[Boris Todbringer]] around, nearly hit him, and naturally he fucking cursed the hell out of the artillery crew.

A Helblaster Rocket Battery is basically an early modern Katyusha launching Congreve Rockets.
