The marksman is a ranged psionic attacker by Dreamscarred Press, with a chassis similar to that of the Soulknife: full BAB, d10 HD, good Reflex and Will, etc. However, instead of creating some ranged mind blade, it focuses on augmenting their accuracy with a physical ranged weapon and has actual manifesting without the need of an archetype. It's not very powerful manifesting, though, as it basically has the powers known progression of a Wilder (with a maximum power level of 4) and the same base power points as an Aegis (which doesn't even have powers). As such, one could probably argue to it being akin to a psychic Ranger if all you wanted to focus on was the shooting. Marksmen have three distinct combat styles: Finesse (for all trick shots and debuffs), Sniper (for a single devastating shot), and Volley (for multi-shot shenanigans). Each of these styles not only provides a boost to a certain skill and stats while psionically focused, but they also add some extra options to your list of bonus feats as well as an array of different abilities that may or may not require expending focus. While there were some archetypes around for the Marksman, it was clear that the class was rather unloved when compared to classes like the Soulknife and Aegis. Notable among these are the Kaigun, which makes the Marksman into a sort of psychic Gunslinger; the Spearman, which focuses instead on using spears instead of knives or arrows; the Shroud, which turns invisible and sneaks even harder; and the Mind's Eye Disciple for the hook into Path of War. PF-3PP-Classes
