A Null Maiden Cadre is the catch-all term to describe a mix-sister squad consisting of elements from the Vigilator, Witch Seeker and Prosecutor Cadres. ==Overview== Whilst each Cadre specialises in one thing (Vigilators for close-combat, Witch Seekers for heavy firepower and Prosecutor for ranged combat), grouped together, a Null Maiden posse covers each of the Cadre's weaknesses with their strengths in order to avoid getting gimped into the Eldar department of crippling over-specialisation. Given their mix-team benefits, a Null Maiden Cadre is able to actually use their Blank powers to properly mindrape the minds of their enemies as they advance to shove their greatswords (Or bolters) up their urethra. In this regard, they somewhat differ from a Battle Sister Squad or a Space Marine Tactical Squad as whilst the latter two are squads of units armed with a jack-of-all-trade bolter, the Silent Sisterhood on the other hand, is a squad where each unit is armed with a specialised weapon. Therefore, Sisters of Silence are a breed apart compared to other more conventional squad units. Whilst they all wear Vratine Armour, the differences in their weaponry means that each Sister must cover one another in a small squad as aforementioned. The Vigilator would use her Executioner's Greatblade to carve up TEQs in close-combat or any idiot charging at the squad for glorious melee. The Witch Seeker would deal with hordes of lesser creature that may overwhelm either the Vigilator or Prosecutor with her Flamer, Grenade Launcher or Assault Needler. The Prosecutor meanwhile, will deal with snipers or marksman that would try to pick off the Vigilator and Seeker with her trusty Bolter and dual-wielded Bolt Pistols. Overall, a well-balanced squad of soulless abominations. Not too shabby. ==Tabletop== Outdated crunch here if you want your ministorum wax seal. So after years of speculating if GeeDubs will even give them rules at all we get... Sisters of Battle, essentially. At least in terms of statline. That wasn't too surprising overall, given they were never Astartes. Hitting at Ap2 with three attacks each on the charge can deal some respectable damage, even hitting at only Strength 4 under most circumstances. Though at a mere T3 with 3+ and none of the 6++ their successors got, they usually won't withstand whatever desperate fire the enemy will throw at them to keep them the fuck away from their psykers. That being said, the amount of fire this 150-180 point squad will attract against an army with psykers might make them well worth it on its own.
