Olmer was a Civilised World brought into Compliance by [[Hektor Cincinnatus]] and his [[Legiones Astartes (Hektor Heresy)|Legion]], the [[Heralds of Hektor]] in the first decade of the [[Great Crusade (Hektor Heresy)|Great Crusade]].  It would become a tithe-world for the First Legion, producing both candidates for adoption and implantation with the Space Marine gene-seed and mere mortal soldiers for their Auxilia.  Olmer was ravaged and made unlivable by the brutal fighting of the [[Hektor Heresy]].
