It's a tank with <s>tits</s> three turrets. Designed in the late 20s when tank design was still in its infancy and people were still designing things based on the Rule of Cool rather than nerdy things like "reasonableness and efficiency". The T-28 performed rather poorly in every war they served in, and a few were captured by the Finnish who then used them against the Reds. In Flames of War, they're an Early-war vehicle introduced in Rising Sun, and while you could use them in Mid-War, its lack of armor and sub-par gun means that you're better off using anything else. ==Flames of War== The Flames of War tank comes in two versions, the 1933 version with a howitzer (16"/40cm ROF 2 AT 5 Firepower 3+) and the 1938 version with a proper tank gun (24"/60cm ROF 2 AT 7 Firepower 3+). They also come with the Limited vision, Unreliable, Wide-tracks rules, giving you a to-hit penalty, a chance to get Bogged Down, but luckily, a 50% chance to freeing yourself when you do get bogged down. Soviet Engineering! ==In Real Life== As mentioned, the Titty Tank was designed in the late-20s, and was actually based on an early model Vickers tank. During this time, quite a few tanks were designed with multiple turrets to give them wide shooting arcs and allow them to support infantry when assaulting fortified positions; they had multiple independent turrets armed with machineguns and one main turret with a howitzer for bunker-busting. The first models were very under-armoured, so later models received an upgrade bringing them to a respectable layout of 80/40/40mm. Still, the T-28's design was needlessly complicated for its role, and because of its large size and profile, it became more of a liability than an effective source of fire support.
