Wesnoth is a freeware (free to download and play) turn-based strategy PC-game that has a mixed reception from fa/tg/uys.

It is universally agreed it's /tg/ related because the game is set in a fantasy world not too dissimilar with Generic Fantasy Land #3 ([[Elves]] are gay and are in woods, [[Dwarves]] are grumpy dicks in stone, [[Orc]]s are retarded and fighty and [[Human]]s are EVERYWHERE!

===The Good===
* It's free.
* It's balanced.
* The modding community is big, with the total mod content far greater than the original content.
* It has RPG elements within it's turn-based structure. (ZOMG! they can LEHVEL!)
* It's free.

===The Bad===
* The RNG (the random chance hitter thing) can be really annoying and completely ridiculous.
* The graphics are poor quality (*)
* It's slow like every other turn-based game.
* The levels that come with the game are flawed (*)
:(*: In true Linuxfag style, the asset files are editable so you could fix these issues yourself if you're willing to learn how.)
