Whfb-stub Yin-Yin, also known as the Sea Dragon, lord of the Eastern Provinces and Admiral of the Grand Dragon Fleet, is one of the Dragons who rule over Cathay and the daughter of the Dragon Emperor and Moon Empress. Yin-Yin is the governor of the Eastern Provinces of Cathay and rules from the city of Fu-Chow. Her main job is to deal with Dark Elf and Nipponese fleets that attempt to raid the eastern coast, though she also deal with merchants that come to trade with the east. Due to being the largest city on the eastern coast, Fu-Chow receives many foreign traders, especially High Elves and is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the entire world. This results in her being the Dragon most interested in the wider world, most importantly how it can be subjugated! She's the only Dragon who is interested in expanding Cathay's borders and searches for any opportunity to do so. Sadly, she is very impulsive and thinks that proper planning and strategy are for wusses, so many of these attempts go tits up. Once, she thought that Araby was putting a bit too much of a hand in the spice trade, and decided this was a perfect chance for conquest. She sailed the Jade Fleet Eastwards in order to conquer the Southlands and give Cathay a monopoly on the spice trade. Unfortunately for her, she didn't know that there was another massive continent inbetween Cathay and the Southlands, which resulted in her army getting stranded in Lustria and slaughtered by Lizardmen. Eventually she did find her way to Araby where her campaign ended in, uh... not great results. When she got home, she attempted to hide her massive fuck up from her father, but a survivor of the fleet, Yin-Tuan, told him everything. Pissed off at the massive waste of life over a war no one else in the family wanted and the destruction of her fleet which would take a hundred years to rebuild, she was heavily chastised and is currently the least favored member of the family with both her parents and siblings. She now mostly takes the fleet to deal with invading fleets and occasionally putting down the Chaos corrupted city of Bei Chai, though we're sure she's looking forward to her next pointless invasion of another nation. Creative Assembly will probably use her to introduce a Cathayan faction into Lustria or the Southlands or wherever if they ever get around to adding her in Total War Warhammer 3.
