When it was created, people noticed that global rule 3 was not enforced on this board; this rule forces furry porn and guro to /b/, people could create threads here, and its name didn't appear in the board list. This combo meant that furry and pony porn threads were able to flourish without the chance of a /b/tard noticing a thread and vomiting pictures of actual vomit into them.
