The Imperium seemingly forgot how to make surface to air missiles viable on emplacements, even though [[Space Marine Hunter\|there]] [[Whirlwind#Hyperios\|are]] [[Manticore Launcher Tank\|several]] [[Praetor Armoured Assault Launcher\|artillery]] [[Exorcist\|pieces]] that can make use of said surface to air missiles. Really the thing makes the most sense if "basilisk" is a more generic term, It's official name is "Helldrake-Fucker-Upper 40 thousand" but the Guardsmen just see a big long tube and just dub it a 'basilisk'.
