			In the Bleeding Stars short story, Trazyn reveals that Eye of Terror was originally created by the Old Ones and Necrons had stitched it close, with birth of Slaanesh re-opening it. This explains why there were Necron pylons around the area that is now the Eye of Terror. With Cicatrix Maledictum being called a "faultline", it is likely that Necrons saw all this happen before, but in the hands of Old Ones rather than Chaos or perhaps both since at the very least, Slaaneshi daemons were confirmed to exist during War in Heaven.
