The Gemini Legion is a Chapter of the Space Marines obsessed with the concept of "two heads are better than one." They recruit only twins, <s>brainwash</s> mentally condition the twins to adapt a near-telepathic link with each other, and participate in <s>incestuous sodomy</s> "bonding rituals" before battle to improve performance.

Their creation began as an experiment to create a more efficient Space Marine. The Fortress-Monestary of Cadmea is where the Chapter makes their stay. The city of the same name, beneath the fortress, is the capital from which the local Governor-stewards rule the planet under the guidance of their Angels of Death.
