The Ghouls in Araby worship this "Mordig,The Great Ghul", and are actually considered rather civilized. The Cult of Mordig has recently been infiltrated by Neferata's Lahmian Bloodline, and serve as a form of respected Praetorian Guard for her, being rewarded with the freshest cuts of human meat and best armor.
