Well, one theory is that the norkers were the first race that [[Maglubiyet]] conquered back in the dark dawn of the world, when he was just getting started butchering his way to the monotheistic goblinoid god, and [[hobgoblin]]s are still seething over the fact that they weren't actually Maglubiyet's original favored race.
