			Rogue Trader fleets are as diverse and unique as their owners. For the sake of Battlefleet Gothic their ships can generally be stereotyped as the [[Rogue Trader Cruiser]] and the [[Rogue Trader Cargo Vessel]], depending on whether they started life as warships and were de-rated, or began as merchantmen and were upgunned. The typical Rogue Trader house (if such a thing even exists) commands at least several ships, while the most mercantilist may fly their flag on dozens.

			More interesting are those captains who make due with just a single flagship to their name, often from hardship but occasionally out of specialization. Rare is the Rogue Trader who can afford to maintain a ship larger than a cruiser, but it's not unheard of for an upstart admiral to be retired by granting them a warrant of trade and a beat up grand cruiser from the sector's reserve.
