	For the unenlightened the Sector Rusoya project came about when a bunch of /tg/ denizens came together out of boredom and decided to [[Space Marine Chapter Creation Tables\|roll up]] and fluff a new [[Space Marine]] Chapter. The result of that thread was full of [[Awesome]] and win and it was decided that there needed to be more factions created for our new chapter to have [[Murder\|play-dates]] with.
