One crashed seven years after the Goblin Continent had fully sunk, but the other remains aloft to this day, hovering above the clouds, growing food with rainwater and magic, and doing their best to keep the MacGuffin powering their city from failing. Because of the intense magics involved in keeping a city alive and aloft without outside contact, all of the Caele are bleached white. Should someone successfully make contact with these isolationists, they would be able to learn a lot about magics not seen on the surface in centuries.
