			The newest Soviet book allows the Storm to take the Spandrel 2, which bumps the range to 64" (the longest in the game!) and the armor penetration to a 24 for a mere point. This may not seem like much, but it doubles your chances of penetrating the M1A1HC and Chally from the front, and the extra range gives you more flexibility when positioning your Storms to keep them safe and support your forces more effectively. If your local meta leans toward heavy MBTs, you will never find a better bargain on workers liberation!
