			Usamigaras was originally a [[halfling]] who gained the ability cast spells through a wish spell, and used this ability to become the king of Cynidicea, plundered the city to enrich himself, and discouraged the worship of [[Gorm]] and [[Madarua]]. After ascending to Immortality however, Usamigaras teamed up with them to better oppose Zargon and his cult, and ensure the survival of the Cynidicean culture.
