			==The Idea==
			Take the core rules of Warhammer 40k and tweak them into something that is balanced. Replace the Fluff (which we can't keep anyway) with something that approaches making sense but still has an ubergothic feel to it, and has the possibility of some day actually moving forward. To maybe generate a small enough amount of money off of this so it can be self-supporting (paying for hosting, maybe actually some artwork for the releases, promotion, and the like).
