	The Xakhun were the products of a fevered vision felt by a [[drow]] priestess of [[~~Lloth~~]], who claimed that the Spider Queen had charged the drow of her family, House Xak'Vandiri, to invent a flying ship that would enable them to expand their abilities to conquer the skies over the surface world. Whilst the plan was mechanically possible, the drow hit upon a stumbling block; who was supposed to fly the airships once they were built? The drow couldn't stand sunlight!
