If the average person doesn't immediately go "Oh, I see how that is!" when you make a reference to someone being an avatar of something, it's probably not a good thing to use for a one-sentence joke/meme. Solkan himself not being well-known doesn't help matters either. A person shouldn't have to cross reference a one-line meme to figure out what it's about. undo

All while the state governments such as Minneapolis and Seattle let it happen because they think it hurts him, cutting off their noses to spite their faces. If he does nothing people complain, but when he does something people also complain. There's more to unpack so let's move this to a talk page, yours or mine. undo
  • curprev 16:5716:57, 8 August 2020 1d4chan>Derpysaurus 36,885 bytes +9 How cute to assume I watch the reality-TV trash called American news media. My perspective actually comes from me using my brain for critical thinking. Trump's not Solkan. If he had any political acumen, he should know that a riot is a battle of attrition, time and resources between the State, of which the State always holds the advantage. He could of just stand firm and ignored it and it would have fizzled out like Charlie Hebdo. But no, he just can't control his impulses. undo

Someone's been watching too much CNN or MSNBC; they're more biased for the left than Fox is for the right. Given the attempts to crack down on riots I'd say he fits Solkan; plus Solkan can get carried away and people say the same of Trump. undo
  • curprev 08:0308:03, 8 August 2020 1d4chan>Derpysaurus m 36,885 bytes +9 Honestly, the same can be described on Trump's characteristics. That guy is many things, just because he screams Law and Order does not make him the God of Law and Justice, especially when he himself violates his nation's national interest and undermines the democratic process like a used condom on a daily basis. undo
