By relation, I've removed the overcharge option for Plasma Rifles/Repeaters since that was originally meant to balance the weapons with the pistols. undo

Changed their save to 4+ because they're not wearing power armour. Changed their invul as it is stated that their shield strength is about the same as a minor's. Updated their abilities to better reflect a stealth unit (went off Tau stealthsuits for this). I also bumped the Skirmishers' Movement down a notch as well as their points. 12 seemed expensive for a unit that was similar to Tau Pathfinders, and they have S5 weapons. undo
