We have went through this multiple times and the consensus was that GW only put them there because GW isn't going to create a non-Imperial, non-Xeno, Non-Chaos category for one faction. However, not a lot of people take the way GW categorize their factions seriously. This is not just my personal opinion, but a perspective shared by multiple editors and Warhammer Community themselves. undo
