| What happens when the [[Emprah|Emprah's]] [[Custodian Guard|BFFs]] becomes severely crippled? They get interned into a golden [[Dreadnought|dreadnought]] of course! Like all things [[Adeptus Custodes|Custodes]], the Custodes Dreadnought is leap and bounds superior than the vanilla variety. Even extremely specialized and powerful dreadnoughts such as the [[Mortis Dreadnought|Mortis]] and [[Furioso Dreadnought|Furioso]] are overshadowed by the sheer pain these [[Rape|golden rape trains]] can bring on the battlefield. As they are the elites of the elites, these wounded veterans are all interned in the Contemptor-Galatus pattern variety of dreadnoughts, albeit with even more specialist and advance modifications and equipment that sets it apart from other Contemptor Dreadnoughts from other [[Space Marine]] legions.

| With the release of the Custodes army, the Custodes Contemptor Dreadnoughts are finally given tabletop form. And my goodness is this thing decked out in the only way that could make a Custodes a Custodes; overdone and overdecorated equipment. The Contemptor-Galatus pattern Dreadnoughts are equipped with a <s>gigantic</s> EXS BAWKS HEUG Sentinel Blade with what appears to be a twin-linked Heavy Flamer attached to said blade, [[Awesome|so you can literally shoot fire out your giant-ass swords]] like your in [[Dungeons & Dragons]]. For defense, the Custodes Dreadnought carries an equally EXS BAWKS HEUG Dreadnought-sized Stormshields. While the already tough as nails armor of the Contemptor Dreadnought is quite noted on tabletop, giving the giant golden tin-can of doom a fuckhuge Stormshield is just compensating for something. Don't like the sword and shield ? It's fine, you can take a EXS BAWKS HEUG [[Rogue Trader|Guardian spear with some kind of inbuilt las-weapon]] instead. Problem Asterion ? Presumably they can be upgraded like Astartes Contemptors. As the Dreadnought in the thumbnail is packing what looks like twin Heavy Bolters and a Dreadnought [[Power Fist]]. Since the Custodes get better stuff than Space Marines. It's most likely packing Specialist Ammo, or [[Dark Angels|Molecular Acid Boltshells]].
