Olmer was once the home of [[Hektor Cincinnatus]], and his Legion the [[Wolves_of_Dawn/Heralds_of_Hektor|Heralds of Hektor]]. It was home to a thriving warrior-people who for every generation since the long night fought horrible wars against the ferocious Velerin race of Xenos. Every Olmerite was trained as a warrior from birth, using technology they half understood to replicate weaponry. While not a center of science and culture, the child-soldier training programs upon Olmer produced multiple individuals capable of joining the Wolves of Dawn. The thriving martial society of Olmer was wiped out by the Void Angels during the Great Scouring.
