Olmer was once the home of [[Hektor Cincinnatus]], and his [[Legiones Astartes (Hektor Heresy)|Legion]], the [[Heralds of Hektor]]. It was home to a thriving warrior-people who for every generation since the long night fought horrible wars against the ferocious Velerin race of Xenos. Every Olmerite was trained as a warrior from birth, using technology they half understood to replicate weaponry. While not a center of science and culture, the child-soldier training programs upon Olmer produced multiple individuals capable of joining the Wolves of Dawn. The thriving martial society of Olmer was wiped out by the [[Void Angels]] during the Great Scouring.
