Alderac Entertainment Group, better known by its initials AEG, started out in the earliest 1990s with SHADIS - the magazine which birthed Knights Of The Dinner Table.
They hit paydirt pretty soon with Legend of the Five Rings. They also did 7th Sea, Spycraft, the Doomtown cardgame for Deadlands, and Warlords of the Accordlands. Nowadays though they're mostly known for SmashUp.
